"Come to Jesus during your in-between"

GOOD MORNING!
DEVOTIONAL:
“Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!” Psalm 27:14.
There’s a place between here and there, it’s the land known as ‘the In-between’. It’s one of the roughest places in life. The land of the in-between is downright scary. The Israelites knew firsthand about this place. They were ‘in-between’ slavery and the Promised Land and in-between the Red Sea and an angry Pharaoh. In their in-between, they found themselves in a wilderness place. You can relate. Right now, you find yourself in-between sorrow and joy, pain and peace. You find yourself in a wilderness place. They are painful seasons, difficult days. Awaiting His arrest and crucifixion, Jesus experienced the in-between. In agony His sweat became like great drops of blood falling to the ground. We have a Savior who sympathizes with our weaknesses [Hebrews 4:15].
In this place, God led the Israelites in amazing ways they could never have imagined. He was a cloud by day and a flame by night. He created manna to sustain them and had the Red Sea swallow their enemies.
He is there. He is present. He is in the midst of the heartache of your in-between. God is there and rescuing you. You may not feel it or see it, but He is there. He’s there comforting, providing, sustaining, and healing. God is at work. You are not forgotten. TRUE!
In your in-between, wilderness experience, Jesus invites you, “Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” [Matthew 11:28]. There’s a better tomorrow coming!
Much love and care,
