"JOY in LAUGHTER"

"Our mouth was filled with LAUGHTER" ~Psalm 126:2

"LAUGHTER" is a gift from God, and Satan is always looking for opportunities to get us to be ANXIOUS, & SAD.

"LAUGHTER" decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving our resistance to disease.

"LAUGHTER" also triggers the release of ENDORPHINS, {our body's naturally feel good chemicals}.

"ENDORPHINS" promote an overall sense of well being which also has the ability to even bring some relief to the pain that we may be feeling in our body.

In those times when circumstances can cause ANGER & FRUSTRATION, the gift of "LAUGHTER" has the ability to diffuse tense situations.

May we allow the gift of "LAUGHTER" to be a benefit to our spiritual and physical being!
