"Without the shedding of blood there is no remission for sin"
Scientific studies have shown that for those who suffer an internal injury, the blood apparently rushes to the heart first, and then the blood flows inward throughout the body to nourish and strengthen those areas that are in agony.
The opposite was that of Jesus Christ. He didn't allow His agony to drive His blood to the heart to nourish and strengthen Himself, but instead, His blood went outward and fell to the ground.
The Holy Spirit allowed me to see two things concerning His blood being a sacrificial offering that He lovingly and willingly began to pour out of Himself, even before He went to the cross for our sins...
He shed His blood in Gethsemane. He also shed His blood when He was beaten beyond recognition. Can you imagine how much of His blood He actually shed and lost from Gethsemane to the cross?
Only Jesus who was fully God and Man could perform this miracle for us!!!
